BAC111 - Strange shading in P3DV5

I have reinstalled the BAC 111 the V5 for P3D version. I have two issues:
- There is a strange green shading or colour on the outside of the aircraft on one side only and it is also evident inside the VC.
The other there is a continuous pump type of sound on in the VC with the engines running.
Any ideas or fixes?

In case anyone searches for this, it is the famous "Just Flight Glow." It's just a thing. The DC-8 has it, too. I got used to it and learned to take all my screenshots from the port side!
