F70 / F100 Openable cockpit windows ?

Hello Just Flight team,

First of all, thank you for the excellent work you are doing on the Fokker 70/100. It is a very exciting project, and I am following its development with great interest.

I would like to ask, if possible, whether the aircraft will feature openable cockpit windows in the final release. It would be a very nice touch for immersion, especially for those of us who enjoy detailed ground and turnaround operations.

Hi Adrien,

Whilst this is absolutely a feature that we'd love to include and see the value in, and are actively investigating, it's likely that it won't be included at initial release. We are currently focusing all our efforts on getting the aircraft systems, most noticeably the AFCAS, ready for release, before we then return to look at features like the windows.
