    This morning I went into the FTL app. and my profile (40+hrs) will not load. I just get an unresponsive, blank screen. I have killed the app numerous times, uninstalled & reinstalled twice, but to no avail.

    All other clickables on the main menu work (except 'Continue'), so I tried creating a new profile as a test - and that worked fine. But my actual profile with all the hours is currently dead.

    I've already had to open 2 tickets for other issues (which seems to take an eternity to get what seems to always be a pre-programmed response), and the app is what - a week old?

    Please can someone advise what to do, and how to solve this ASAP? I really do enjoy the app., but it's so unreliable that - at the moment - all I feel like doing is looking at get a refund.

      The main database of your profiles and all is located here:

      C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Pulsar Sim\Fly the Line\

      The file is called "database.db"

      There should also be backups of your profile. Look at this location:
      C:\Users\YOUR_USER_NAME\AppData\LocalLow\Pulsar Sim\Fly the Line\backups

      1. First, backup your main database (database.db). Just move it anywhere else.
      2. Then try the latest backup in your backup folder and copy it to the main folder where your main database was located and rename the the file to "database.db". Then try to start FTL again and see if it works

      It may not the most up to date profile situation (you might have lost one or two days of flights) but still better than losing everything.

          @NeoGeo78 Ok, I will do - but ticket support is so slow, I was hoping to get some solution on here. This is the issue - to many bloody hoops to jump through, slow replies. I'm basically now going to say the exact same thing on a ticket that I already have on here.
