Network and Traffic Global

I’m testing using a network for XP11, the master running panel and flight model, while visuals are all on the slave with a triple screen set-up. So far, I cannot get Traffic Global planes to appear on any screen other than the master. I’ve installed TG on both machines, but problem persists. Is it possible to get TG working on a network? If so, how?

Generally all you need to do is enable the external visuals mode on the slave PC. Check your firewall isn't blocking the network port and that TG is installed and licensed.

Do I need to install on both slave and master? Will try the firewall tomorrow.

Yes, otherwise there's nothing on the slave PCs to receive the AI locations. The next release shows a message if it's in external-graphics mode and not receiving anything.

Hi, I just want to know, i.e. ask @Nosferatu if this is working now? I have exactly the same problem. I have one master and one slave PC for external visuals, and I have two different "Traffic Global" licences, but AI traffic on the slave PC does not show up. When the second PC is not in slave mode but in master mode, TG works very well.
I need to know in detail how to do the network setup for TG regarding settings in X-Planes network setup and settings in TGs network setup. Thanks!

Gonna be a JF Support issue, I suspect. See my reply to a similar post over on the XP.org forum. I don't think many forum users dabble in networks, hence so few replies.
