I've just repainted the original beige dash panel, but it doesn't seems to be working. Converted online to .dds with no mips. https://fconvert.com/image/ Any ideas someone?

Did you just repaint the RGB channels, leaving the alpha channel untouched?

Yes, probably we find out the problem. I'm not an advanced editor and alpha channels are my nightmare.
