Robinson R44 collective moving by itself?

Hello, I recently picked up the JF Robinson R44 helicopter and the collective keeps moving up and down by itself with no inputs from me. I even unbound all hardware controls I have from the throttle axis and it still moves with nothing bound to the throttle/collective axis. I tried binding it to just the FSX controls and then through FSUIPC4, didn't matter.
I loaded up a couple other helicopters I have and none of them do this and collectives act normally. I tried reinstalling, no help there, I'm not sure what else to try.
I have it installed in FSX:SE and I'm running Windows 10 Pro 64 bit
