Vertical-speed instrument with combined TCAS?

• will there be a Vertical-Speed instrument with combined TCAS?
• can the existing VS instrument be replaced by a third-party instrument? e.g. "IVSI with TCAS II v7.0" of Lee Hetherington?

The TCAS on many of these older birds is integrated into the WX radar display.
