Bae 146 navigation problems

    Hello. Recently purchased a plane Bae 146 200/300 from the company Just Flight. I also purchased an add-on that installs a navigation system and liveries in this aircraft. For some reason, after installing the aircraft, my navigation system looks like this (see screenshot). Missing database. I did everything correctly as written in the installation instructions for this product. I also can’t turn on the cabin lighting. I tried all the buttons and toggle switches, but nothing helps. What could be the problem? I already contacted the support service, but there they could not really help me.2020-1-1_19-46-42-418.jpg

    In the support service I was asked to install my extension SP 1 SP2. Of course, I have these extensions without them; other planes would not work for me.33336946-0afa-45e0-adbd-8b57bc3bc966-image.png Here is a screenshot from the manual for this add-on. As you can see everything is normal navigation base is. For some reason, I’m missing.

    I figured out the lighting in the cabin, everything works. With navigation, the problems remained.

    So, did you tell the support team that? We have to go through a number of steps to make sure all the bases are covered.

    If you have the Gold Edition Deluxe and Acceleration, have you installed the Acceleration Pack?

    ​The Acceleration Pack contains both FSX SP1 and SP2 that is needed for these expansions to work. If you haven't already it might be worth re-installing the Acceleration Pack then the 146-200/300 Jetliner along with livery/FMC pack.

    See whether you run into the same problem with the cockpit lights?
    ​
    Something else to double check is the pdf manuals in case you're missing a step. The manuals will be located in your JustFlight folder in your FSX directory.

    Sorry for the inaccurate description of the problem. I purchased a BAe 146 aircraft along with an extension which installs additional liveries and a navigation system on this aircraft. For some reason, replenishment does not work for me (there is no database in the navigation system) and there is also no lighting in the cockpit. I tried all the tumblers, but the light could not turn on. Simulator FSX Acceleration.

    OK... so where is your reply saying that the fix they suggested didn't work? You need to enter a dialogue with us otherwise we can't help you.
