Single runway use at large airports

great product but unfortunately at large addon airports such as EHAM or KJFK only one runway is in use for takeoff and landing which results in major aircraft pile up at the end of the runway for takeoff and total congestion and gridlock at the taxiways. tried using the wed tool but gets too complicated and does not work. Does anyone know how to fix this?

My EHAM works fine. Depends on what scenery you have and whether the ATC traffic flows are correctly done.
