Velocity and LearFan no gauges

Velocity and LearFan no gauges displayed.
Good evening, I am sure im missing some file but im -perplexed as after purchasing the velocity and Learfan I have no diplays. Instead I see a blue screen with a darker shade of blue square in the middle but no gauge information si displayed regardless of the status of the electrical and avionics system.

I think your best bet would be to contact Just Flight support. There is a link on the website www.justflight.com and you can raise a ticket there.
