FSRealistic Pro purchase price

Hi guys, previously, I bought FSRealistic core, directly on Justflight, and on Fselite, explain that by buying FSRealistic Pro we only have to pay the upgrade of € 5.60, only trying to buy directly on Justflight FSRealistic Pro, it asks me € 28 , 00, as if I were a new user, why? is it possible to have explanations? thank you

@aleitaly If you bought from JF you would have been sent an email yesterday with upgrade details. Check spam.

@derek Ok thanks solved; to install FSRealistic Pro, the previous FSRealistic Core, do you have to uninstall it?

@aleitaly I don't know. You'd have to ask FSRealistic support or JF support. If it was a JF product it would overwrite but I can't speak for other devs.

Derek, I'm also trying to upgrade, but have been away for a couple of weeks and have no record of an email being sent. Is it possible to resend?

They are automatically sent as a batch so can't be resent. Have you tried contacting JF support?
