@instow Aircraft take a while to start moving. However, it definitely works at Heathrow as I am watching it now. Check the time of day setting. If that doesn't work I'd recommend contacting Just Flight support.

@instow maybe set the slider to the right for the number of traffic in the settings window.

Having the same problem. Installed and tried a repair thinking it was something I did. No traffic anywhere at the moment.

    Settings Shows:
    591 Models
    31738 Routes
    0 Active Aircraft
    28697 Airports, 13117 Usable

Ticket placed but Im hoping to find a quicker fix.

If you're seeing "0 Active Aircraft" in the Traffic Global dialog, you may also see the "Buy license" button below the stats - this means your copy of Traffic Global hasn't quite activated properly.

If you retry entering your activation details that should get the program activated and you should then start to see traffic. We also have a support FAQ here to help see if you've possibly made a typo in the details entered.

@JFAdmin Thanks. I tried that as well. I enter the information and the BUY LICENSE remains. But when I change a digit, it tells me the license is not recognized. Then I change it back to the correct one and the warning disappears, but nothing happens.

It's not activated. Can you raise a ticket with support and they will get to the bottom of it for you. It should be a very easy fix.

I just want to add a note to all those who have the issue of no planes. I ran into it at LAX but when I altered my weather in XP (turned on ASXP) all the planes popped in. If it works for others then maybe that can help the dev's get it sorted out, if its an actual issue. Also, it should be noted that I ran into this issue after moving from another airport. (from HND to LAX)
