Tornado GR1 FSXSE partial control surfaces failure.

This is so strange. I have about 150 paid add ons (a lot of which are under the JustFlight banner) and have never seen such a strange issue. From the start the Tornado GR1 only respond to control (tried 2 different common Thrustmaster controllers) stick input for downward pitch, and left turns both on ground and in air. Rendering the plane unflyable. I’ve done several re-downloads, reinstallations, de-installations, restarts, Steam SimConnect checks, plug, unplug two different controllers etc. with/without direct x preview. PC restarts, studied the manual forward and back….the works! It only happens with this specific airplane. I even bought another plane from the same place and it works perfectly, such as all my other add on planes do. It’s exclusive to the JF Tornado GR1 v1.6 for FSXSE, Win10.

I’ve contacted support and am still waiting for some kind of resolution, but was wondering if anybody has heard of this bizarre problem? Do I need an alternate download from JF or something?
