Duchess autopilot problem

Does anyone else has this problem where nav disengages every time you press autopilot alt button? Nav light stays still on but the airplane doesn't hold gps or vor course.
It happens with the default gps and Flight1 gns.
I already filed a support ticket, but hasn't got an answer yet.

@Rotten-Moses We got a ticket regarding this and have replied and are investigating. We'll reply again to the ticket and keep you posted.
