    I'm trying to do a flight from Kentucky International to Toronto that's in the manual under the tutorial FLYING THE GLASS COCKPIT DC-8. On page 77 in the tutorial, it says: "The external power supply can be switched on by setting the power supply switch on the Engineer’s panel to the
    EXT PWR (down) position." I've done that and still nothing works and there is no GPU truck. Even the lights on the buttons do not light up. I followed the manual right to the T and nothing is working. I'm running FSX in Windows 10 Pro. What's the problem?

    Ken.

    Is there a moderator or someone that's going to answer my question?

    Ken.

    @kmanning

    It would need to be a forum user that answers - we don't do support via forum.

    Hi, Ken, sorry to hear about that. I just tried it in P3Dv5.2 (yep, that's right) and it works like it should. The switch has three positions and you have to right-click to the bottom one (which you've probably already done). Have you tried a non-tutorial flight, just picking a DC-8 and seeing if it works? JF support is pretty prompt if you open a ticket. Hopefully you've got this figured out by now.

    Tim
