If you sent a ticket two days ago that will have been Sunday. We are based in the UK and work Mon-Saturday. yesterday was a public holiday in the UK. Someone from support will respond to your ticket in due course.

@derek It must be that, every day should be holidays because I have seen here in the forum several people talking do even if they do not respond , I have formatted once again the pc and I will not install the global traffic because I installed several things to see if I managed to work but I have seen that it is not worth it just , the program has many problems as I have seen here in the forum, I have not seen anyone to say Well,my money do not take more ,Thank you

I was having the same problem. Did you get it fixed? My traffic global won't even open anymore!!! HELP!!

Your best bet would be to contact Just Flight support. They can assist you if you have any issues with Just Flight or Just Trains programs.
