MSFS 2024 Ground Crew Missing

Hi All,

Still learning MSFS 2024. Which setting(s) add or remove the ground crew? I cannot figure out which setting(s) I might have adjusted but they are all missing. I have turned the Airport Traffic Quality to ultra but still no ground crew.

I believe the airport workers are tied to the "Character Quality" option in MSFS 2024. That needs to be set to at least 'Medium' in order for Airport Workers to appear.
