On the timetabled route from Preston to Carlisle 1S45 Liverpool /Manchester -Glasgow/Edinburgh is given just 16 minutes to travel from Preston to Lancaster.

Preston 0855
Lancaster 0911

The train is timed at 110mph but is restricted to 100mph because it using mkII stock.

Meaning unless I break the speed limit I'm going to be later.
