FS Traffic Issues

FS Traffic simply does not work for me. I run the installers as needed, set the settings as outlined in the tutorial video and in the manual, spawn in, set ICAO code, literally nothing happens. I've tried reinstalling to no avail.
It also freezes my sim when trying to exit back to main menu.
Any ideas?
