AS16 Crashing

Having just purchased AS16 for FSX, I am in my Climb when the whole thing crashed with the information "AS16 cannot control ambient weather parameters correctly therefor it cannot function properly etc" I have tried the suggested solution on HiFi website with no luck. Does anyone have any suggestions.
