Real Taxiways USA - Class B, C, D & Non-towered Airports Problems with no solutions from Just Flight
It's been over two weeks since I contacted Just Flight support for Real Taxiways for MSFS not displaying properly since update SU6. Sent screenshots of the issues, but they said it was in the hands of the developers, and after 14 days, still no fix. In fact they closed my ticket after they said this. Is this customary of Just Flight Support? Now they won't respond back to me. Anybody else having issues with this software? Not impressed with support so far.
Sorry to hear you are having problems. To answer your questions in no particular order. Yes, it is customary that we do c;lose a ticket if we can't do any more at our end until an update is released.
The developer is still working to resolve the problems brought in by the recent SU and this is affecting other developers' titles, not just Real Taxiways. There are some possible workarounds that we are looking into and also some issues that we are trying to get Microsoft to resolve.
As soon as we have a solution we will get an update out to all users.
