Western Mainlines AREN'T all inter-linked?

Sorry if I'm missing somthing somwhere but I have no Penzance to Paddington scenario exists. It doesn't exist on my system anyehere that I find.
Is there a specific order I need to run these setup files?:
Install Western Mainlines 118 (the zip file), extracted a SETUP and run it
Install_WML_Cornwall_105
Install_WML_OB_106
Install_WML_Paignton_102
Install_WML_SDML_109I Have no Penz to Padd scnario showing. Should I uninstall them all and start again?
I checked that they were already installed as the message 'do you want to remove...etc' appeared when I tried to install them, (I made sure I hadnt missed one out)Please can someone help, theres a million scenarios hidden away waiting to created!
