Blacksquare TBM850 questions

Hi all, have two questions on the Black Square TBM850:

1. How can I activate GA mode on the ground for take-off to get the FD cue? I've tried setting the FMA to HDG and ALT, however when I press the GA button, 'GA' is not displayed on the FMA.

2. I am only able to acquire LNAV with the GNS730W. Is there a way to get LNAV+V or LNAV/VNAV modes on RNAV approaches as well?
