Just Flight L1011 - Pro P3DV4

Hi, anyone else experiencing cockpit light issues - if I put on the landing lights my cockpit gets flooded with light - same happens if I put on one of the taxi lights too? Also, I always fly on VATSIM - which requires flying properly SIDs and STARS or route directs etc. If I produce a flight plan in SimBrief then save it to the L1011 flight plans - it picks up the plan in the CDU but it's not following it. The only way I can get a flight plan to follow the saved route is to load the flight plan - then follow it in using the GPS mode. Has anyone got the L1011 Pro to follow the CDU yet with GPS off?
Apart from that it's a lovely aircraft to fly.
