Hello. I can't download purchased planes in my account. I go into my account, click the download link, the process is in progress, but nothing happens, it gives an error. What's the matter, how can I now download my planes for which I paid money?

When you try to download any aircraft from your account, it says there is no connection to the site and the waiting time has expired. Before, everything was working fine.

Your best bet would be to contact Just Flight support. They can usually help with this kind of thing.
