Compatibility problems with Traffic Global and GTN 750

I have Traffic Global and GTN 750 running on my X-Plane system but have noticed that Traffic Global runs best when GTN750 is blocked/not running.
Or alternatively if Traffic Global is blocked X-plane also works then with just GTN by itself.
X-plane tends to not load if both are used at the same time.
I have turned off 'Use Simulator AI traffic Count' in GTN so I can have both at the same time but I still have problems.
Do you have any ideas?
