    Hi folks,

I am trying to trim out the Arrow III in MSFS 2024. One of the main issues I have is trying to get the ball centered using the rudder trim and the very sensitive elevator trim. I have a WinWing Hotas and have bound the trims to the trim hat on the joystick. Can somebody walk me through the proper procedure on how to trim and get the ball centered and fly hands free?

    Thanks,
    Dan

Are you aware of the trim sensitivity setting bar in the EFB? Mine was over the half to the right, made it impossible to trim the plane. Tried around with the settings and now I have really no need anymore for the "fake" altitude hold function of the autopilot. For me it works with two clicks needed on my trim button to change the trim 0.1%.

Im having problem with the trim with the Turbo Arrow III but on final approach, I read somewhere that it was impossible to flare with the TCA sidestick, so I tried it out, and at short final I noticed I had the stick all the way pulled down, I was trying to trim up the plane, but it was not reacting as expected, I hit the runway so hard that I damaged the plane.. LOL. I tried then the Turbo Arrow IV, and that was way better, I was adjusting the trim in short final and the plane reacted accordingly and I was flaring nicely.

I need to check this "trim" setting on the EFB and see if it helps.
