Can't dial course 1

What could have happened? I don't use SPAD or any third party control apps. I only assign AP disconnect, flaps, speedbrake, trim, gear, and a couple other things in the MSFS menu for aircraft inputs from hardware. I haven't changed anything with that setup since I installed 2020 two years ago. All of the sudden I load up the RJ and I cannot change the captain course from 000. I looked at all my bindings, unplugged hardware, checked every part of the flight deck that could even remotely apply (ILS/VOR frequency, et cetera). It is broke immediately on startup. I don't use state saving either. The only third party apps are fs2ff for ForeFlight, FSLTL, and GSX.
Do I simply need to uninstall and reinstall? I'm not sure how it just stopped working.

I had the same thing happen earlier this week.
I reinstalled the airplane, but I think the cause was not with the plane.
Do you use the TDS GTN750Xi by any chance?
I think that was the cause of the issue, as with their latest version, the problem went away.

Just update the TDS to the latest version and you’re good to go!
