What the heck is FS Traffic going to do in 2024?

FSLTL, which is free, at least makes occasional announcements about 2024.

AIG, which is free, is in beta, but is working for 2024.

What the heck is FS Traffic, which is paid, doing?

They say they'll do research starting in the new year, but it's now 2 months later.

Couldn't you at least tell us what's going on or what's the roadmap?

    Hi,
Apologies for the radio silence. Things are moving at a pace behind the scenes!
We are about to finish beta testing the current update in the next week or two. The changelog for this update has been published but will include additional liveries, features and bug fixes.
After that we are hoping to release the 2024 version soon after. Still some work to do, but it's looking promising at the moment. Additionally, work is due to be finished soon on several new/modified aircraft types that will be added to the hangar for 2020 and 2024 users.

    @Rich Thank you.
Please post something every once in a while.
It's so frustrating to hear nothing.

I can't wait for FS Traffic for MSFS2024 to be released.
I hate to see empty airports, but there's no good Traffic addon.

Compared to other traffic addons, I really like FS Traffic because it is lightweight.

@Rich I was determined to make a post today to complain about why FS Traffic was taking so long to come out for MSFS 2024 and I was surprised that someone had the same idea and did it before me.

Anyway, I'm pleased with the answer and looking forward to finally being able to use a traffic addon that doesn't halve my FPS like FSLTL.

Empty airports? I have the opposite problem in '24; too many airplanes compared to the real world.

@GunStrauss Under General - Graphics - Global Rendering Quality

Traffic Airport Quality should be set to Off.

Anything other than Off is just static aircraft.

    I want a living airport, but I don't like real-time online.

    Indeed it's not.

This is great to hear that FS Traffic is merging on over to 2024. I bought kind of late into the game (considering I have a bunch of other free and paid traffic mods) but this had the best for me.
    Need beta testers?
