Airplane begins to bank without warning

I was flying between Edinburgh and Amsterdam on autopilot. No ice was detected at the time (afaik). The airplane suddenly began to bank to the left which i was able to recover manually and then realign to the fp. As part of my recovery I turned on all anti-ice systems but I'm not sure if this was actually the cause of the issue. Again, I did not have an ice detect warning at this point.

We would need further information to be able to investigate this one further. Ideally, a video showing the behaviour and the flight plan used so we can try and replicate it on our side.
