I don't think it's possible. Have you tried Starter in MSFS bindings?
It is an LVar in the TBM, L:BKSQ_StarterSwitch. As I use Axis and Ohs to map everything, I have no idea if you can map this using the MSFS in-game mapping of controller hardware to bind keys/switches...
