Stairway lights always on

I was watching some of the Just Flight tutorials and preview videos again and I see that they can turn their stairway lights on and off. I, on the other hand, cannot. All of the switches are off, but the stairway lights remain lit. What have I missed?

The integral airstairs lighting can be controlled via the "Entrance Light" switch on the lower cabin crew panel in the galley.

It doesn’t shut them off. That was my point. All switches on the panel off, stair lights still on
