Mark, have noticed that windows in MSFS are not equipped with heater terminals as you can below.
Have checked a few real videos, and all planes have those.

Regarding windshield - tiny request to make those a bit dirty and scratched, to make them looking like those are used for some years, not a brand new ones as now.
Maybe not all like that, so if make 'dirty windows' better make those as an option.
