Frame rate drop when turning on instument panel lights

Hi everyone,

I noticed when I turn on the panel lights my frame rate drops between 8-10 FPS (no drop turning on just the radio lights). I usually fly during the day but when I went for an evening flight recently I noticed the FPS drop after turning on the panel lights. I tried the usual clearing of the Community folder and did a reboot, no change. So I tried this on my JustFlight Warrior and on the Comanche, no frame rate drop.

I am wondering if this is just a result of the panel design. I don't generally monitor FPS but because I am on a lower end machine (40-42 FPS), I check the FPS after making a download just to make sure there is no negative effect. A drop 8-10 is a lot for me.

Thanks for reporting. We are aware of this and an improvement will be included in the next update to the PA38 Tomahawk.
