Under what circumstances that the two little red lights next to the Propeller RPM are turned on ?

Does anyone know under what circumstances that the two little red lights next to the Propeller RPM on the Digital Engine Instrumentation Display are turned on ?

I suspect they are the ones that indicate Beta range has been entered

Thanks brennan. Could you please elaborate what you meant by entering Beta range ? Found the Beta range in the manual.
Checked and it is the cause.
