Virtualfly TQ6+ Throttle quadrant and Axis and Ohs in the piston and turbine Dukes
-
Hi,
I am really having problems setting up the hardware levers of my TQ6+ to work properly in the Dukes. The problem is worst with the mixture levers. I get no smooth transition from full rich to cut off, even if I move the hardware assigned lever slowly. It does not move at all and then !bang! all the way down to cut off...
I am sure loads of people are using hardware levers and assigning them with FSUIPC, Spad.next, or AAO...A video of how to do this would be so helpful.

I just tried something in the assignment settings for the axis and hardware lever, changing the rounding from int to float... the value for the LVar is from 0 to 1, so int would force the binary on/off situation. Float avoids that...
I think I might have solved my own problem. I hope my description is enough to assist anyone else with the same issue...

For the Turbine Duke this is normal. The mixture lever (actually condition lever) has only to options: Full rich and Cut Off.
The Piston Duke should however have a smooth range, though since the engines are turbocharged you can keep the mixture full until the rpm's start to drop at high altitude.
