Cannot get BR 7MT moving

Hi all I have just downloaded The BR 7MT Advanced to my TS2020 and the engines are great but I cannot get them to move. When I go the reverse lever it just quakes it will not move to the up or down position. Any ideas please.

Press E to release the reverser lock. Move the reverser to where you need it, press e to put lock back on

I would like to know how you drive this loco in the normal simple mode. I have simple mode in the switcher and set the ActivFireman but cannot move it.

I can follow the advanced instructions to move and drive the loco, but would like to know if it is possible to drive using the normal HUD control interface?
