TMS working in spite of active failure

We'll investigate the TMS failure logic. The current logic is displaying the correct annunciators and automatically switching the TMS to standby mode, but there we can add some additional logic to prevent the TMS from being switched back on when a failure has occurred.
With regards to other failures, it is worth noting that aircraft have multiple redunancies for most systems. Just because a system has failed doesn't mean there will be any noticeable difference in how the aircraft operates. Many failures will only be apparent via an annunicator illuminating as the back-up system will automatically take over the primary systems role.
All of the systems have be coded per the real aircraft manuals so the redundancy logic will be included in that. @BAEflyer We have a fairly large selection of 146 and RJ manuals that we have sourced through a variety of means (purchased online, donated, personal collections, etc.). The 146 manuals can be differentiated from the RJ manuals as the former has "BAe 146 FCOM" at the top left of each page, whereas the latter has "AVRO 146-RJ FCOM".
Ebay can be a good place to look, but they usually sell pretty quickly. Unfortunately, we aren't able to distribute any of ours, but we would point you towards the 146 Professional (MSFS) Operations Manual which should cover all the systems in detail.

@BAEflyer I've just tested this again and with a mode selected on the TMS, selecting the "TMS FAULT" to 'FAIL' is disengaging any set mode and is returning the unit to the standby mode.
We will be investigating the TMS failure logic in the next update to the 146 so any potential bugs will be fixed during that process.
