      I am desperate to get some help I have purchased Western Mainlines: The Extension Collection (JFF001725) £39 but cannot download any.The reason being it says Railworks cannot be found! when I go to when I go to download the railworks that will not download either.

        The Western Mainlines product is an expansion pack, rather than a game on its own. Do you already have the Railworks simulator set up and running?
