No traffic and Traffic Control Centre NOT WORKING

I've been waiting pretty much half a year now for an update that hasn't come. I still don't have the product I bought working as it should. Why doesn't just flight do anything about it? Can i have refund ? Why would I buy JF products anymore when they are not interested in the customers or the functionality of their products at all !

Have you contacted Just Flight support? Traffic has been out for nearly a year now. It has been our best selling title for MSFS and works as intended. If you need support for any of our titles (or those we publish for others) just ask and we will respond.
