I tried with explorer, google chrome and firefox and all download at the same speed of 164 KB/sec!!!! In the past I never had this problem on your site. You need to fix your server. I have been trying for a few days now.

Just checked and it is working fine. It's not our server - we use Amazon AWS, so it may be something like an AV program or your internet provider throttling it at your end. Where are you based?

@derek Well just tried a download from another addon like "flysimware 414" and perfect speed!!
Tried "WSF" Kodiak and same thing fast, no issues! All in the Hight MB/sec. Tried yours again, KB/sec! Weird right if your servers are good!
Base in Ontario Canada. -

@derek Like I said, 1.6 Gig file from other took 2 minute and yours right now shows 2 hours for a 989 MB file.
Not sure what to suggest. Normally, a slow download is caused by a restriction on the user's speed, either by things like AV programs or the user's Internet provider throttling downloads of a particular type or from a particular server. In other cases, it may be that the user is in a remote location and the file they are downloading has not been downloaded recently and is not on the local server. In that case it must be moved from one (usually North America or Europe) to the user's far flung local server. In your case the latter is highly unlikely, as you are in north America and the file has been downloaded a lot.
We have not had any other reports of download problems, but will keep an eye out. In the meantime, you could try shutting down your PC and rebooting your router - in case it is your local IP address that is causing an issue.

@derek Well thanks anyway. I did a reboot. And If you get the right speed for other site but not from one site, well who knows! I tried some download file on the internet to test download speed and no issue. So not really a big problem as I don't have to fly these plane now anyway! I have plenty to use. I just wanted to let you know this issue.
Have a great day!!
