Controlling autopilot with Honeycomb Bravo
-
Has anyone successfully bound their Honeycomb Bravo autopilot knobs to control course and speed in the F28? I have altitude and heading working okay, but I can't get course or speed to work.
Speed:
Increase/decrease autopilot reference speed doesn't move the airspeed bug for me, is there a different binding for this?Course:
If I bind only one, say VOR 1 OBS only, it only changes the course when NAV 1 is selected and not when NAV 2 is selected. When I bind it both ways, it turns both no matter which radio I have selected. I could have CRS + increase/decrease for VOR OBS1 and use, say, VS + increase/decrease for VOR2 OBS, but I want to use VS + inc/dec for the autopilot pitch command. Is there another way I could approach this?
Update: I think what I'm really asking for with this is if it would be possible a custom command (can developers add those in MSFS? I feel like I've seen them before) could be added, or a command that is not common be utilized, to rotate the course knob no matter which Nav radio is selected.

@piedmonitor are the VOR needles moving for you when you turn the knob on the glarshield? I´m using the bravo throttle too and the needles does not turn when I turn the knob.
