These are my foundings regarding flight controls in v.0.10.6. They apply to all the aircrafts in the PA28 fleet:

Ailerons: these works as they should, but the yoke animation is non-linear. When rotating my physical yoke (honeycomb alpha), the animated yoke moves slowly from 0 to 45 degrees and then speeds up between 45 and 90 degrees.

Elevator: When pushing the yoke forwards the elevators does not fully extend, they stop at about 50% leaving half of the yoke shaft from neutral position to fully pushed in dead.

Rudders: Rudder movements and rudder pedals movements are delayed/move in slow motion. They don't keep up with the speed of my physical rudders (Thrustmaster TPR).

@andré-0 I've not been able to reproduce these issues. If you haven't already done so, can you submit a support ticket so our team can get in touch to investigate further? https://support.justflight.com/support/tickets/new

@martyn I did some more research. The slow motion rudder was due to wrong setting for the reactivity in msfs, so my bad.

I checked some of the default aircrafts in regard to yoke animation and the elevators. They also show the same behaviour, so obviously the fault is not on your side. Sorry for the inconvenience and I will delete this post a little later.
