Westren Main Lines - Class 47 Large Loco Yellow HC

Hi
I am trying to play the Penzance-Paddington scenario on the Western Mainlines route. I have all the route dlc that allows me to travel this route.
When I select that scenario I get the message that I need the following:
Just Trains MK1 Coaches "included with installer"
Class 101 DMU Pack from Steam Store
European Loco & Assest Pack from Steam Store
Class 50m pack from the Steam StoreI have all these installed.
However, when I launch the scenario I get the follow crash message:
Consist Builder - Can't load rail vehicle - Class 47 Large Loco Yellow HC - Broken consists - modified-
I have the following dlc also installed:
TS Marketplace: BR Blue Class 47 Large Logo Highland Rail (Steam)
I am assuming the Class 47 dlc I indicate above does not contain the Large Yellow HC loco.
Which dlc do I need to purchase/install to get the Class 47 Large Loco Yellow HC?
