Code 401: Customer unauthorised

So, after being on the waiting list since the announcement of FS Traffic, out of the blue, I get the email confirming its release. With barely contained excitement, I bought it immediately and swiftly downloaded the 2 executables found in my account.
I'd like to say that I've spent the last 3 hours enjoying FS Traffic and the extra performance it brings to the sim, compared to FSLTL, instead, I've spent it trying to get past product activation! I've reset my password several times but no, nay, nada!
This is not the kind of evening I was anticipating. I just hope support sorts it out quickly or it'll be a refund and back to FSLTL.
