Uninstall Traffic Global for reinstall

How do I completely uninstall traffic global from fsx .Iam trying to do a reinstall but it keeps telling me to uninstall I say ok but nothing happens . Also where can I find the installer so i can also remove this to .I would like to reinstall .Thanks in advance

Normally via add/remove but if that's not working your best bet would be to contact Just Flight support. There is a link on the website www.justflight.com
