Would anyone be able to create a custom livery for me?

Hi guys,
I'm looking to see if anyone is able to create a livery for me based on G-BMIV, affectionately known as The Flying Reporter?
I've had a bash with some simple Photoshop editing of the objects PNG files, but it's not as great as it could possibly be done with some actual aircraft livery maker software (if this exists?).
I'm on a Mac, so most software for the community is out of my reach and tends to cater for Windows users only.
There are quite a few images online to find, the most recent of the paint job being this one:
