Hope Valley...A problem Routing my Trains...

I can't seem to route any train out of Sheffield (any platform) to Manchester no matter what I do unless I just use Manchester as a final destination with no instructions like go-via or pickup passengers.
It seems to want to route me all over the place...everywhere except where I want to go...Sometimes It even seems to want to route me in and out of Sheffield for no reason that I can see.
I also get a red signal just before the right spur off the mainline where that station is on the single line (I forget it's name) if I try to use any of my own routing instructions.
I have over 2000 hours in Trainsim and I can't for the life of me work this one out...It must be something so simple that I'm just not seeing it.

Your best bet would be to contact Just Trains support. They should be able to help with this kind of thing. There is a link on the website www.justtrains.net
