ICE 4 start up

hello everybody,

I bought ice4 Cab, but I can't start it, I think there is always the brake on, because the brake light is ON when you look the right hand side panel.

I push the pantograh button but the pantograh isn't up on the train
i've the message 'STROMABNEHMER HOCH" and the main swith too.

I released the spring brake by pushing button during 10s
Do you have a list of things to do before a departure?
