SimWorks Studios Kodiak 100 Update

Hello,
I've got an email saying there is an update to the "SimWorks Studios Kodiak 100" to version 1.2.2After downloading and trying to run as Administrator it says that I need Admin writes and deletes the downloaded patch.
I've been able to do this to all the other Patches (1.0.4 / 1.0.24 / 1.2.0 ) but not this new one. I am the Admin on this PC it's my home PC!
I'm probably missing something, if anyone has any suggestions I would be very grateful.
